The brief
The station needed a new space for interviews, artists and podcasts. It had to choose between design directions, and the fit-out team needed buildable numbers.
The constraint
Some outer-room dimensions were not confirmed yet, and a rendered picture can’t tell a builder which numbers were measured and which were estimated.
What we decided
Walk it instead of imagining it
Keyboard, mouse and touch movement, doors that open on click, and collision with the furniture.
Four worlds on one shell
Bare shell, LIVE HOUSE, RESONANCE and THE BEAT BOX share one measured room.
Every number carries its status
Supplied, estimated, proposed or product-verified, switchable between m, mm and ft-in.
Drawings from the same data
Plan, elevation, section and ceiling sheets, plus a component schedule, generated from the 3D model.
Screens that actually play
Each design’s LED wall runs beat-synced motion graphics, and glossy surfaces pick up their reflections.
The outcome
The station walks the studio, picks a direction, and the builder gets drawings tied to the same model.
