The brief
Jobs, crews, equipment and approvals were spread across spreadsheets, chats and calls.
The constraint
Event work moves fast and changes late. The tool had to fit how crews work, often on a phone at a venue.
What we decided

Calendar, crew, logistics and equipment hang off the job, with a clear owner.
Approvals that follow the org chart
Leave and sign-off route to the right line manager, and authority can be delegated with an expiry date.
AI where it saves real time
Photos of invoices are read by an AI model into structured records.
Records that hold up
Site reports, incident reports and an audit trail. Signed jobs lock.
